1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

Cancellation by Client (with Notice):
If you cancel your appointment at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled consultation time, you are eligible for a full refund. -
Service Unavailability:
If your consultation is canceled by Carl David Richardson Foundation or the assigned consultant due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued. -
Technical Issues:
In cases where technical difficulties on our end prevent the consultation from taking place, and a reschedule is not possible, you may request a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

You fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice (“no-show”).

Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations after the service has been delivered (e.g., disagreement with advice or outcome).

3. Requesting a Refund

4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Carl David Richardson Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
